solution for over crowding?

aite so verge, symune and i were thinking that we should make the new people use a hotel like building for about 2 days or so before building a home. our cities and town are full and i think most of them are vacant/owners have left.

any other ideas. i dont like the look of those vacant houses.

I don't stay in one house, I just build stuff, so anyone can have stuff I made.
